Montecito Yoga, a sanctuary for soul-centered evolution, offers a variety of Yoga classes for beginning students, as well as intermediate and advanced yoga practitioners. Limited class sizes enhance an intimate setting for a personally relevant experience with the support of expertly trained instructors. We are honored to a part of the Santa Barbara yoga community and the community at large, and hope to provide a sweet container for all truth-seekers and life-lovers to feel within and live without.
